Just to let you know I just about finished the race. At a slight cost, having had a bad prep for the past few wks. Very bad knees and been ill all last week. So was just a case of finishing it. At the end I was close to collapse, and was very delirious and incoherent. Thankfully friends and family were on hand to help.

So having just woken from a rather deep sleep. Still feel rough, and can't walk but extremely chuffed to of achieved it a second year in a row.
