Barney - you're banging your head against a brick wall standing up for Fallon on here.

And Jo, if you want to have a go about Top Cees blame the Ramsdens, he only rode to instructions and this sort of thing is commonplace in racing so don't make out that Fallon is the only rider to have ever ridden for a favourable handicap mark!

I know Fluber but its so infuriating that people are so blinkered and can't see the facts.  Prefering instead to believe unsubstanciated rumours and allegations.  Rumours and allegations started by people with a grudge against the bloke jealous of true genius.

But I guarantee that all Fallon's detractors if they suddenly won the lottery and got a decent horse would want him aboard it.

I am not a jockey so jealousy doesn't come into it. My judgement on the bloke is from everything I have witnessed since he came into racing.

If I won the lottery I would not buy a flat horse. National Hunt all the way.

What that he is a genius in the saddle, has a natural affinity with his mounts and is the best of his generation by a country mile.  Surely, old girl, that is the judgement that your eyes tell you when you watch a race.  Forget unsubstantiated rumours, allegations and lies concocted by media and officialdom who are both jealous and bitter about his success.  Rely on what you see for yourself not whispers.

I'll say again what happened when these unsubstantiated rumours, allegations and lies were taken to the High Court.  The judge laughed them out of the place and said how ridiculous they were and what a total waste of tax payers money bringing a case against Fallon was.

Fat Al is a genius.
I believe that's what this thread was initially about.

You modern guys that want to see loud brash people like Chapman ruling our airwaves need some jolly good elecution lessons.
xlol  xlol  xlol

barney the way you talk (stoically, old boy, old girl etc etc) I thought you'd be a big fan of fat Al aswell?  xrazz

Yes, Dunfie, I like Fat Al (never said I didn't, old boy).  Like you I'm impressed by his diction and command of the English language.

Dunfie

Unlike the uber educated Barney, I as you can no doubt guess I am a lowly working class scumbag from a pit village!! hence my absolute hatred for Fat Boy Down, a man who 150 years ago would have had me working down his mine for tuppence a week, whilst he pissed the profits away in a Knightsbridge Club!!  xlol  xlol

Seriously Down, is a dull, boring, egotistical, pisshead!

As for Fallon, that man is a genius, the greatest Jockey since Piggott, who will rise like the phoenix later this summer to remind us just what quality group one riding is all about, rather than the garbage served up by Ryan Moore!!

I suspect I could see barneys education profile and raise it but we'll leave that discussion till another day xlol

Bobby - I very much doubt you are a scumbag. You have some strange ideas about racing right enough  xmasgrin but as you said before it's all about those opinions and how we all differ.
And there's nothing lowly about pit villages either.
You don't like Down, that's fine. I do. That's also fine.

Fallon - I really don't care to be honest. Flat racing is dull dull dull.
