Most of the rest of our team isnt good enough for the Premiership to be fair. In the last few seasons we could make a much better team out of the players we have lost than the players we have now :x . He is second rate. Always has been, always will be. How many goals has he scored in the premiership? He produced performances when it suited him. Its all right on the big stage against Spain in your own back yard, or against no-marks at Windsor - but what about a wet Wednesday night against Doncaster when your playing for Leeds? If he wasnt second rate (a) would he be playing for a second rate team? and (b) even if he would be, do you not think he'd be the first name on the team sheet? I mean he couldnt get a game there for ages. If he wasnt second rate would he not be far far far more consistant? I cant believe your arguing over this. Do you want me to pull out his stats at club level? Cause I will. I doubt you could even call them second rate. Third rate more like! He couldnt get a game for Leeds when they were in League 1 ffs! Do you not remember the Russel stand giving Dennis Wise an awful lot of abuse about it? And the only made him captain when more players left. Now the only reason he can call himself a premiership player is the fact his ex-international manager bought him. He was also second rate and was thus sacked. And when this season is over I can guarantee you, absolutely guarantee you, he will not be able to call himself a premiership player.

Well I think it must be the Maze. It simply must be away from Belfast, otherwise a certain section of supporters will turn it into Windsor Park Mark II. This cannot be the case if we want nearly half the states population to support Northern Ireland. Im sick to death of going to games at Windsor in particular (i know it goes on at the Oval and Solitude but it is much worse at Windsor) and hearing sectarian abuse shouted at opposition Catholic players, or when Paul McAreavy mis-places a pass or shoots wide, he gets the same treatment. Its disgusting. And Michael O'Neil is a personal friend of mine - if you dont know who Michael is, he's the guy the FA have put in charge of ridding the local game of sectarianism and is in charge of media relations - who i've an enormous amont of respect for, but he near enough has an impossible job. We get to the Maze we'ver got a far better chance.
